Designing kitchens since1999, Paula brings a wealth of experience to each and every new project. With a background in interior design – she studied at a highly regarded Christchurch institution - Paula came with the skill-base to create designs that suited contemporary tastes as well as the traditional, classical and elegant.

As well as knowing the technical aspects of our business inside out, she has an abiding love of design in all its forms. Many clients have utilised Paula's talents on projects way beyond kitchens, inviting her to design custom furniture and even Interior Design for their homes.

Paula's design philosophy is based on building a close rapport with her clients. As a result, her well-considered designs are not only stylish and unique, but also reflect the individual client's personality and lifestyle.  Strong design ideas are combined with practicality and the clever use of materials to create that elusive "WOW Factor".

A Taranaki girl originally, Jess was keenly aware of form, space and style from a young age – it seemed inevitable that she would gravitate toward a career in practical design. So it turned out when she became a qualified Interior Designer in 1999. After graduating, she joined Carlielle Kitchens specialising in kitchen and bathroom design and also freelances in Interior Design. The challenge of integrating distinctive form and superb styling into these essentially functional spaces has absorbed Jess ever since. She is currently studying for a further qualification as a Certified Kitchen/Bathroom Designer.

As well as a love of clean lines and elegant symmetry, Jessica is known for her ability to get onto a client's 'wavelength' and produce a design tailor-made for both the space and the people who will live with it for years to come. She is often asked to lend her expertise to projects beyond the kitchen and bathroom – designing laundry rooms, wine cellars, bars, home offices and even custom furniture.

Away from work, Jess still cannot escape her passion for all forms of design - from imaginative cookery to creating her own stylish wardrobe and landscaping the property she shares with her husband who also works in the building industry.

Since joining Carlielle Kitchens Kyla has been busy impressing everyone with her fresh approach and undeniable sense of style. Since graduating from the Auckland School of Interior Design, this born-and-bred Pukekohe girl has shown she can not only relate to customers of all ages and stages – she can exceed expectations with innovative solutions that really showcase their personal sense of style.

Right from Day One, Kyla has impressed everyone at Carlielle Kitchens with her bubbly personality, her energy and her efficiency. It takes real professionalism to not only come up with excellent design solutions on time and on budget, but also communicate them well with clients, outside suppliers and our own on-site tradespeople.

Kyla’s passion for design does not stop at kitchens, she also has a strong interest in Architecture, Fashion and all types of Art. In her spare time she enjoys going to the beach, watersports and plenty of socializing with family and friends.
