Once you make contact with Carlielle Kitchens, we encourage you to think about and draw up a wish list for our initial consultation. You may also like to bring along magazine pictures and/or colour combinations showing what you like. If available, house plans or a drawing and measurements of your existing kitchen can be very helpful as well. In a friendly, informal meeting, your designer then discusses family considerations, features you may want included, any budgetary constraints, and generally get a ‘feel’ for you and your kitchen dream. If you are not already familiar with specific products or concepts, we will talk these over with you. |

We present the concept layout with a 3D rendered perspective. Your designer will then talk through the concept as well as materials, finishes etc. This gives you the chance to tell us what you think and we can discuss any fine-tuning that may be necessary. There may be further meetings to go over subsequent modifications. |

Once the layout concept design and product choices are confirmed, we can price and present a quotation. We can also price numerous product options for you to evaluate. |

Upon verbal confirmation, your designer will meet with you to finalize all details and specifications for your project, for sign off prior to site measure. |

All your sign off information will be sent out to you along with an invoice for a 50% deposit of the total contract price. |

Upon receipt of deposit, a site measure will be scheduled promptly. At this time
your job will be scheduled into production for an approximate install date of 6-weeks from site measure depending on the complexity of the job and products. |

Visits to manufacturers and outside suppliers may be needed to choose finishes e.g. granite. |
 |
|
Factory Planner will contact you a few weeks prior to installation to make sure everything is running to schedule. |

|
Kitchen install takes place. |
 |
|
Carlielle Kitchens contacts you for a final job check to oversee installation and that you are 100% delighted with your new wonderful kitchen. |
