In the kitchen and laundry particularly, water is a fact of life. And moisture does not do favours to many conventional products. That is why we have sourced a truly remarkable cabinetry material called Styro Board – not just water-resistant, but literally submersible. Styro Board is perfect for sink cabinets, vanities, laundries and all wet areas. This Styro Board option carries a 20 year guarantee against swelling and rotting. All Neptune cabinets use styroboard exclusively.

Acrocore, our revolutionary door surface virtually eliminates the problems of chipping and irreparable scratching that are sadly common to other door materials. A 3mm thick acrylic sheet, coloured right through, Acrocore is moulded and laminated to a solid M.D.F. core. Versatile as well as hardwearing, the surface is gloss and is available in predominantly neutral tones. Durability is built in with edges, often the first areas to show wear and tear, welded to provide solid chip resistance. Importantly, Acrocore is also resistant to water penetration and household chemicals – and cleaning is a breeze. Our Acrocore door system carries a 20 year guarantee aganst swelling and hinge break out.

Traditional kitchen cabinetry had certain weaknesses that limited its useful life, so we developed a superior long-term solution unique to Carlielle Kitchens. The solution was Neptune cabinets – an advanced system that provides for all hardware (hinges, drawer systems, shelving and accessories) to be bolted into a special powder-coated aluminium track. Mounts are bolted directly onto the track so there are no holes. Design flexibility is integral – you are not restricted to standard modules – and the super-strong Neptune cabinets with aluminium carcass frame ensures solid backs and no weak spots in load areas. The cabinets are built for strength, durability and ease of shelving adjustment. The carcasses are manufactured from 16mm MDF Gloss Whiteboard and our Neptune Cabinet System carries a 20 year guarantee against hinge break out.
